Odem – Edroy ISD to provide curbside meals to children enrolled at Odem Edroy ISD.
The Odem-Edroy ISD Food & Nutrition Services will provide curbside meals for enrolled students of Odem-Edroy ISD beginning Wednesday, Aug 19,2020 until district reconvenes for classroom instruction.
The curbside (to-go)meals will include, breakfast and lunch, and will be available for pick up from 11.am to 1 pm each school day.
Meals will only be provided to students enrolled at Odem – Edroy ISD. Parents or guardians of enrolled participants of the National School Lunch/ School Breakfast programs may pick up meals for their students in their guardianship who are not present.
The following guidelines have been established by TDA for implementation of USDA’s nationwide / guardian waiver as follows:
When a parent or guardian arrives to pick up meals with or without a child, they will need to present one of the following items:
. Official letter /email from school listing children enrolled at the campus
. Student ID number or. Student ID Card
Please be aware that the process to verify student enrollment may take a few minutes more than the previous meal pick-up service so plan an little extra time. The food service staff will appreciate your patience during this required process.
As we continue to help our Odem – Edroy community stay safe and healthy, Odem – Edroy ISD is requesting that guest (‘s) please stay in their vehicles while picking up meals. Campus building will remain closed during the curbside events.
